大连职位JD：
Software Engineer --JAVA
1. To analyze requirements, write design or program specifications
2. To code Java/J2EE applications to implement product features
3. Communicate and work closely with peer developers
4. Guide and support junior developers
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or equivalent,major in IT or related.
2. About 2 - 5 years experience of software development, experience in supervising a development team is an advantage
3. Be skilled at Core Java or J2EE technologies
4. Be good at Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, familiar with UML
5. Be skilled at Oracle/Sybase DBMS development is required
6. Be familiar with Unix environment and command
7. Experience in Struts and Tiles is a plus
8. Experience in software test is a plus
9. Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
10. TOEIC - Certificate holders highly preferred
11. Good command of speaking and writing English

第二年就可以了？我仔细看了相关条款，没有变化啊？

现在这个公司正在发展阶段，今年招了不少人。希望高层不要盲目的扩招，一定要把好面试，稳步发展。环境什么的还是不错的。不足肯定有，但是一切都在改善，听说上海那边的技术津贴第二年可以领了，不知道这里是不是也要改啊？（不知道是不是事实阿）
